A collection of original recordings written, produced, & performed - but never released - by Sharon Robinson from 1988-2003.

Each song has a story – some were written for famous performers, some were personal demo projects; some were eventually recorded by artists such as The Pointer Sisters and Aaron Neville. While in quarantine, Sharon revisited some of these tracks and realized… there is no time like the present!

To be released over the coming months, Unreleased is intended as a gift to fans, literally giving listeners “Something I Can Dance To”, the first track off the project, which is being released across all major streaming platforms on December 21, 2020. The project will be released as a complete album in 2021 and will feature liner notes written by Sharon telling the story of each song’s inspiration and origins.
